Mallory Frost
Apprentice/New Talent
I have always been so passionate about the beauty industry, and I love that I get to learn something new about hair every single day as an apprentice at Adorn Collective. My goal is for every guest who sits in my chair to leave feeling confident, empowered, and like they truly belong here.
When I’m not in the salon, you can usually find me trying new restaurants or cooking up a delicious dinner at home, working out, and getting some quality time in with my hubby, friends & family!

From an early passion for beauty to a growing career in hairstyling, I’ve always been inspired by the transformative power of hair. Every guest in my chair is an opportunity to create not just a look, but an experience one that leaves them feeling confident, refined, and truly cared for. My focus is on blending artistry with precision to deliver styles that highlight individuality and enhance natural beauty.
Beyond the salon, I find inspiration in everyday life whether exploring fashion and design, spending quality time with friends and family, or enjoying life with my husband

Nikki Baty
Owner/Advanced Stylist
I entered the beauty industry in 2011 and have worn many hats—from independent contractor to commission stylist. My experience working in both salon models has given me a unique perspective on creating not only a dream salon for guests, but also an empowering, supportive space for stylists.
I specializes in blonding and effortless, seamless extensions, with an eye for enhancing natural beauty while keeping things low-maintenance and luxe.
Outside the salon, I’m a devoted wife and mom to two busy toddlers. I’m fueled by cozy coffee shops, love exploring new places, and am always down to try a new restaurant.
My Mission is to curate a space where women feel seen, heard, and beautiful—and where stylists feel valued, inspired, and excited to grow.

Britney Bowman
As a creative my favorite outlet is working with hair. My love of the hair industry started when I was young - I can recall admiring my mother’s natural curls, watching Tabatha Salon takeover, and it flourished more with learning from my previous mentors. I definitely love learning and in this industry it is forever evolving which keeps me on my toes and keeps me inspired.
My specialty is wavy, curly, and yes tight curls too! Not only do I “do curls” I have learned from the BEST to help give my guest a great shape, good grow out, juicy curls, and colors that will make curls pop! Curls are my specialty but I also have great passion for doing blonding services remain healthy and works with your lifestyle!
Outside of the salon you can fine me at different events, reading, exploring everything Oregon has to offer and lastly at a concert. I am excited to meet you all and have the opportunity to help you love your hair again. Let’s talk soon!
