Nikki entered the beauty industry in 2011 and has worn many hats—from independent contractor to commission stylist. Her experience working in both salon models has given her a unique perspective on creating not only a dream salon for guests, but also an empowering, supportive space for stylists. She specializes in blonding and effortless, seamless extensions, with an eye for enhancing natural beauty while keeping things low-maintenance and luxe. Outside the salon, Nikki is a devoted wife and mom to two busy toddlers. She’s fueled by cozy coffee shops, loves exploring new places, and is always down to try a new restaurant. Her mission? To curate a space where women feel seen, heard, and beautiful—and where stylists feel valued, inspired, and excited to grow.
